As we reflect on an incredible year, we are proud to share the impact of the Girls Club, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing girls together, fostering friendships, and creating meaningful experiences. Since its launch in April 2024, the club has been a vibrant space where young girls have engaged in activities that promote kindness, creativity, and personal development.
Highlights of 2024
🌟 Ramadan Gift Packing for Refugee Kids
During Ramadan, our girls came together to prepare heartfelt gift packages for refugee children. With love and care, they packed essential items and small treats to bring joy to those in need.
🍪 Cookie Decoration Sessions
Creativity was in full swing during our cookie decoration events! The girls had a fantastic time designing colorful, delicious treats while bonding over shared laughter and stories.
🌷 Flowers for Mother’s Day
To celebrate the love and sacrifices of mothers, the girls handcrafted beautiful floral arrangements. This activity allowed them to express gratitude while learning the art of floral design.
🏡 Beautification of the Masjid
Giving back to the community was a key focus this year. Our members planted flowers around the masjid, enhancing its beauty and learning about environmental responsibility.
🎤 Presentation Skills Development
Confidence and communication are essential skills, and our girls practiced them by preparing and delivering presentations on various topics. This activity helped improve their public speaking abilities in a supportive and encouraging environment.
